With a profound technical background, SHANGYU’s welding team consists of more than 20 senior welding workers and some other practitioners who have more than 20 years of experience in the welding field. The welding plant is equipped with 26 automatic welding machines, each capable of welding up to 20 tons of parts, 8 manual welding machines, 4 weld testers, and a number of other testing instruments including film thickness meter, Leeb hardness tester, portable spectrometer, and infrared thermometer. The plant invests heavily in developing a specialized automatic welding technology and is able to weld ball valves, gate valves, among others. The unique welding technology and complete modern welding equipment consolidates SHANGYU’s leading position in terms of welding process in the industry. The plant is currently PED, HSB and TUV certified.
